We attended the MIPO symposium in January 2016, which was billed as "to engage with practitioners and experts" - unfortunately far too many whistlers have become expert witnesses on Misconduct In Public Office, not only at their original workplaces but also in their dealings with employment tribunals and various organisations since being forced to leave their former employment.
